Try cross-posting in the Hang-gliding History group at Yahoo Groups. There was
a request for a set of VP-5 plans there last week. I'm sure that one of the
guys will know something.

I am also looking for plans to the VJ-23 or VJ 24. I would also be
interested in purchasing either glider in any condition.
Please reply here or to azcully (AT) yahoo (DOT) com
Thanks

azcully,
Get on Yahoo dot com (the USA version). They have discussion groups; one
is VULA, or Vintage Ultra-Light Aircraft. Scott Perkins there is the only
one with a set of VJ plans, that I know of. There are also some photos for
viewing. The Yahoo forums are free to use; you "subscribe" to get the
discussions by email.
If you would rather have a more modern design, check out Mike Sandlin's
Goat or Bug4. These are free on his website. They are discussed on
Yahoo's AirChair forum.
