The A/C I downloaded that I thought were faulty was a big mistake on my part and the manufacturers were in no way at fault. They contacted me and pointed out where I was going wrong and I have since installed the A/C correctly. I hope they have accepted my written apology. Now Shamed but happy Flyer.
