Is it possible to re-install Meigs Field into the new FS? I know it is
not there any longer, but after years of it being there it would be
nice to have it back. To hell with the mayor!

Well,

I think the only way is installing an add-on scenery.
You can search some at AvSIM.net or FlightSim.com
