The best place I know (was there last year and nearby several time
recently) is Rovaniemi in Finland. They pride themselves on their
authenticity, although personally I don't see it.
Here is the information site
http://www.rovaniemi.fi/?deptid=3694
Lowest price from EDI is about £377 with Finnair, but I am sure there
better deals to be found, and someone will do something inclusive. I
can't really help you with this, as I always fly scheduled, but I am
sure there are lots of people here who can help.
Enjoy the trip if you go, Finland is a nice country, but chilly in
winter.
