I have an old Crosfell in my shop that I'd be happy to see find a good
home. No idea if it runs or not.

I had a crossfell in the Cherokee when I first bought it. It was
running on three D Cell Batteries at the time. I think something was
reversed as the vario would show negative when I was in lift and
positive in sink. the scale was way off too as the strongest lift I
was ever in only registered at about .5 m/s. but it worked once you
figured it out. still is sittin in my hangar. should still work as
described, have removed it and all the hardware, including a diaphragm
total energy system.

bob didnt you help get my Cherokee airworthy again in lawrenceville?

Hey, that takes me back! I think they ran on 4 1/2 volts.

We didn't have a lot in the way of electronics in those days.
