Why should any one suppose that this was a landing, or that the aircraft was
even moving forward?

Haven't found where this originally showed up, but it appears to depict an
airliner in a road. Some comments have placed it at LAX, saying that the
brakes accidentally released the plane rolled into the road.

This was part of a series from a different site and IIRC it was not a
landing, but I have been wrong before...at least once.

I read that it was combined errors in the Parking brakes not being set

and no chocks under the wheels.
