Date: 28 March 2007

An Aircraft Proximity (Airprox) report has been filed involving a
Jetstream 41 and a military jet. The incident took place 15 miles south
east of Durham Tees Valley International Airport on 30 January 2007 at 1725
hours.

The JS41 was en-route to Durham Tees Valley International Airport and was
receiving an air traffic service from the airport. The incident took place
at approximately 7,500 feet.

These details are subject to assessment by the independent UK Airprox
Board. During 2005, the last year for which full data is available, there
were 87 Airprox incidents involving commercial air transport and 90% of
these were assessed as having no risk of collision.
