Whilst the runway at Bristol Airport has now reopened, easyJet will continue to operate a number of services into and out of Cardfiff Airport today. In a bid to ensure some guidance and stability for customers the airline yesterday took the precautionary measure of ensuring its Bristol operations could continue on Monday 8 January by running them out of Cardiff Airport. Whilst a number of flights operate into and out of Cardiff International Airport a selection of flights has been cancelled. easyJet expects to resume normal operations from Bristol International Airport from tomorrow as later this evening staff and aircraft will be positioned back to Bristol. On Monday 8 January the following easyJet services WILL operate. Please note: Passengers must check in at Bristol Airport - it is NOT possible to check in at Cardiff Airport. It is not possible to check in at Cardiff. Passengers travelling on inbound flights will land in Cardiff and will be transferred back to Bristol. Customers whose flights have been cancelled (ie not listed above) are entitled to a refund of the fare paid or a free transfer to another easyJet flight within the next month. Alternatively passengers can choose to travel to or from an alternative UK airport. To claim a refund or a transfer to another easyJet airport in the UK, customers should call easyJet customer services on 0871 244 2366. To make a transfer to an alternative easyJet Bristol service at a later date, customers should log on to My easyJet.com to make the changes via the confirmation of the relevant booking.
