Hi all!

We need 5 days parking over xmas at Luton airport while we go to
Fes. Any recommendations or any outfits to avoid? I seem to remember a site
that offered comments and booking for all uk airports but can't find it...

Cheers for any tips..

Les

Best place is the Luton Airport Parkway railway station. It meets all the
national security requirements, has 24 hour manned CCTV and is cheap at
around £5 a day

Guess you are correct there Jim.

I don't call in here much now as I spent what seemed like years trying to
get this newsgroup running but most of the posts were coming from me and
new members never hung around. PPRUNE seems to have overtaken this
newsgroup and everyone with an interest in LTN posts there including me.

I didn't mean that as a criticism :-)

I have attempted to keep the group alive Jeff with both directly Luton
related posts and general UK aviation news - especially easyJet stuff. This
is despite of the efforts of one particular moron's attempts to undermine
this. Though he has been particularly silent since he realised his trolling
in here and the Humberside group was falling on deaf ears (especially since
what he thought was his puppet on that group seems to have - justly so -
had his internet access removed).

Keep up the good work Jeff and I'll also try and make sure the group is
still propogated.

Incidentally - never have been a fan of web based forums.

Central Car Storage have been around donkey years, well at least 25 years.
They used to rent a hangar and offer indoor parking but were forced to move
a few years ago. They rent a small parcel of land and pack it out with nose
to tail parking so no one will ever steal your car unless they have a
helicopter with a winch. The carpark has a high metal railing fence around
it and is manned 24/7 so it will be secure. The other bonus is that it is
close to the airport.
