Can A Municipal Airport obtain Federal Grants to Construct a CIII-CIV
category Industrial Airport, then after building such, decide to extend
the runway another 1000 feet further which FAA disagreed with and
refused to fund, so the city built it themselves, after which they claim
that it is only an AII-BIII (12,500 lbs or less)
Then Submit Airport Layout Maps Showing that according to the
requirements of a CIII-CIV Airport your home is in the Building
Restriction Line, but on your discovery of such claim the airport as an
AII-BIII, as such they can move the line anyplace they want to so your
safety does not matter and reduce that safety requirement.
Then Submit Phase 1 Environmental Assessments which inform the
individual not to talk to surrounding property owners because the have
information about the City operating an unpermitted open dump in airport
wetlands.
Then Submit Airport Layout Maps which even after having been cited by
the Army Corp of Engineers for Violating Section 301 of the Clean Water
Act, and having been cited by the State of Alaska for having operated an
unpermitted open dump site at all.
Fail to List the alleged closed Dump Site on the Layout Map or the
Wetlands where the Dump is located and claim in the Airport Master Plan
that " there are no wetlands at the Airport".
Is that legal, I know after the close of Discovery in the RCRA Case, we
obtained records the court prohibited us from using showing the City
filing "Spurious Documentation to the FAA", and that is not legal.
Further got records where the city after EPA closed down a
Bioremediation Company, allowed that company to discharge into the
Matanuska River what the records indicate to be over 100,000 Gallons of
PCB, I know that ain't legal.
