Hope you find the log interesting. I would guess Spain for the Donaldson Britannia and definately the Isle Of Man for the BIA Herald. It was the only time I seen a Donaldson Britannia at Glasgow. They were replaced by B707's which did the Spanish IT flights. Saturday afteroons were always the 'heavy' days at Glasgow. Donaldson and Dan Air operated B707's. Aviaco and Loftleidir operated DC8's. Blimps Yes, TF-LLK was their DC8-55. They only used it for a year or two at Glasgow I think. I remember being up in the spectators terrace when the engines spooled up. Quite a noise, almost as loud as the 'flapperboard' Too bad that spectators deck was closed down. It was great !!
