And before anyone (guess who) might cry `off topic` or `wrong newsgroup` -
this link is posted under previously used `guidelines` that were used to
justify posting an Evening Times/GLA post by Joe Curry which carried
comment from Rod Beaver about GLA's excellent May figures due to football
traffic.

It is airline news and relevant to EDI as well as GLA.

I don't have any problems with this link being posted.

Absolutely. Flyglobespan to base two aircraft at EDI next summer and
announce four new destinations next month! Excellent news - and totally
relevant.

I agree Callum and the fact that they are doing so without any `public`
subsidy is even better news.

Yep he certainly was................Remember it did not say anything bad
about GLA so it did break Joes guidelines.

Yes it is relevant to EDI as you said Callum it did mention the new routes
from EDI and the aircraft to be based at the airport.

Well DONE to BAA on this one. Even more choice for the people of Central
Scotland. I hope that HIAL and ABZ can get some new routes etc.

Lets hope the Prague route is successful, that could encourage CSA to
bring forward their proposed Prague - Glasgow start date!

Jim Mason most certainly DID NOT say `wrong newsgroup`. The article was
relevant to EDI as well. It appears someone is in a minority of one yet
again :-(

Now GLA is getting new routes we get you SHOUTING your mouth off about over
