Does anyone else find this article so much better without a certain
journalist being involved?

The article was sensibly written, it had local content in as much as
it was aimed at a Glasgow readership....

We have had versions of the story from an Edinburgh source, designed
Edinburgh readership.

The article was fine for a.a.u.g but should not have been
cross-posted here.

Yes the story was fine without the usual 'swipes'.

The 'swipe' this time coming from the crossposter who is determined
to cause confrontation in the newsgroup.

Does anyone else find this article so much better without a
certain journalist being involved?

Like this ng when JC is on holiday you mean?

You invited me here...are you now reneging on your invitation.?

I don't recall me personally inviting you here and anyway there is
no
need to have an invite to this ng, all are welcome

Indeed they are. Tell that to John.

If you tell that to Joe in the EDI ng, I sure will. You first,
gentleman
that I am..

BLIMPS

Hey Joe,

Blimps says you are most welcome in aaug. He says that everyone is most
welcome in spite of John Dundas' allusions to the contrary. So please
Joe, don't be put of by discouraging remarks. It's like....like...
like one big happy family.

Best wishes,
Adrian

Blimpie likes confrontation and spoiling forums with slagging
matches. I'm sure aaug do not want to suffer the same fate as we in
aaue have suffered since Blimpie appeared in 1999..

I'm not put off by the posse, some one has to make a stand against
these bullies.

I just feel so sad they are taking the p*ss out of John Dundas...

One big dysfunctional family! Wink

It used to be one big happy family until Blimpie/Deejay appeared
with his bigger/better confrontations and reduced proceedings down
to primary school level.
