Good to see Glasgow and Edinburgh working together for the benefit of
Scotland (certain troll take note....)
Also, good to see Glasgow has been cited as the premier city in Scotland to
visit by the prestigious "Lonely planet" publication too.

Ah yes. The publication that branded Scotland a place of drunken,
sectarian anti-Englishness. I wouldn't get too carried away
with that publication's commendations...

Forcibly...whether Edinburgh likes it or not. :(

Why is Hayseed posting this.. one minute he is pointing out the merits of
sharing events and the next he's bragging/boasting about Glasgow.

We can see who the troll is.

And yes you are correct Adrian... best forget about certain publications..

Yes the BBC is carrying the story too:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4575537.stm

Edinburgh, Scotland's premier tourist city, is described as "loveable
and liveable" while Glasgow is described as ... "unforgettable" ;-)

If the publication had been attacking Glasgow then you can bet that Joe
would be shouting his mouth off about it.

I think both Cities had good mentions in the book. Nice too see both Cities
doing so well and a lot of people not letting their RACIST bile get in the
way.

he cant figure out how to create a newsgroup or even put people in a
killfile.
