Finally some good news! I've been avoiding that which you mention
recently, and travelling mainly via Gatwick, which is easier to get to
from Canary Wharf. I noticed the Leeds service to LCY when I was there a
couple of weeks ago. I do hope they go for it!

Yes interesting thread but the "undisclosed Scottish airfield" could be ABZ

since that's bmi Regionals base and they have no LCY service?

Hope it is GLA though as any new STOL equipped Jungle Jet if based at GLA
could do LCY twice a day and CDG and BRU once each as well!
Just a thought...

ISTR that Scot Airways used to cover both GLA and ABZ when they first
started the LCY services. ABZ lost its service before Glasgow (not a lot
before I think). Whichever they consider (or both perhaps?) will be a
good thing, although purely personally I would love GLA.

The other routes would be handy as well! Or perhaps I should just move
east.
