Give us a break from this seasonal rip-off
Convictions: John Hatfield on the cost of family holidays
School's back and suddenly holiday package deal prices are plunging faster
than the security services credibility. That cottage in the south of France
(roaring fire optional) can now be booked for a fortnight for the price of a
couple of cafe au laits and a stale baguette. But, during the summer break,
the prices asked would have made Donald Trump think twice .

I have just booked up for the Algare from this thursday and luckely my
daughters are stil of school for another 2weeks so we are of there for
a week.
