Seems to be 3 x weekly during the winter, 4 x weekly next summer. Down
from the 6 weekly/Daily flights this summer.
Not doing as well as people say? Too much overcapacity at EDI to
Germany?
Perhaps this service should be shifted to GLA where there is no
currently no German flights?

This Joe, is a classic example of how you poison this group.

The point being made is a good one -- which is that if
a carrier is reducing frequency because of competition
that they should move to a location where there is less
competition.

This effect in reverse is probably part of the decision
making process used by DL to choose EDI.

But do you engage in reasonable discussion? No. You
basically have a go at the poster of the opinion.

An apology to GKirk is order here.

I agree, what total and utter disgrace. GKirk had a very valid point indeed.

services to EDI.

They run 2 profitable flights from Scotland so that wont be happening.

Blatant troll?

Well that's a useful contribution rather than your
normal range which includes comments and
accusations involving.

- allegiance
- tribalism
- posses
- agendas
- coming/belonging/living west of XXXX
- alleged newsgroup guidelines
- multiple personalities
- use of the posting name 'admin'
- overlong and insulting signatures
- accusing people of trolling
- calling people 'pathetic'

If you moderated your own posts it would ultimately
serve your image as well as improving the newsgroup.

You should raise the matter of CO leaving GLA
as a separate topic if you have solid information.

I still think as a matter of good manners that you
should apologise to GKirk.

As regards the last two words I would suggest you cool it a little.
Don't let Joe's behaviour provoke others into lowering the level
of civility.

Joe should apologise.

The GLA route evidently is to be shared with BRS this winter, a double
drop is hardly successful.

FALSE!

GLA see's a Daily nonstop 757, whilst BRS see's 5 weekly nonstop 757s.
