I Finally Had Enough I Fired My Flight Instructor!!!!

I Am going to board a commercial airline today at 5pm and i am going to
ware the weather is better and going to finish up my pp My Instructor
basically said if i don't wait and rent a plane from the flight school (well
they don't have any) he will not sign me off and if i rent from and fly solo
out of the other airport i got checked out in over the weekend he will not
sign me off. But the good news the non refundable free time on the block
purchase was refunded to me by the FBO owner after about a 2 hours talking
to him explaining that i am entitled to a refund did not burn my bridge with
the FBO but did with the instructor his selfishness and being self centerd
caused it.

Well i am going to finish packing my bag's i know i feel much better about
ware i will be finishing up at little bit more money but will be well worth
it.

Off to being a passanger in Class A airspace i go see ya in about 10 days

other than trying to find good weather... what is the difference..

whether you travel a 1000 miles to a new instructor.. or travel "across the
river"..

the "new" instructor will need to review all your training, maneuvers, and
make sure you are trained in all areas subject to the PTS before he signs
you off..

you were well on your way with that with the "new" instructor that checked
you out at the other strip..

good luck in the search for better weather.. winter is upon us.. even in the
SW..

I don't know where you are heading.. but I know a flight school that has
completed a full 40hr requirement in two weeks.. granted the student lived
at the flight school, flew two to three times a day and only slept at the
local motel.

MRQB,
Man, You're giving students a bad name. Either get a dictionary, or use
spell check.
You owe it to us guys who have been there before. :^)

I thought he posted he was heading across the country to another flight
school to finish up... maybe near holiday relatives. I'm too lazy to
browse the back posts though..
