|
I've got the property, a business plan, I only need $35,000-$50,000
and I am willing to pay 20% interest
So if you're interested or know anyone who might be, I'd
appreciate an e-mail to unclefred (AT) parrotheadfred (DOT) com
Thanks!

You've got the property, and can't leverage that into a lousy $35K loan?
Right.

This spammer is a regular in rec.gambling.poker, and his spamming here and
to other groups has been reported to his web site host, Google (how he
posts to the newsgroup), and SW Bell, his DSL line provider. A couple of
weeks ago, he was offering to pay 40% interest. Sure, fella. ESAD spammer.
