Anybody ever heard of this?

http://www.e4engineering.com/Articles/295931/Microwave%20engine%20gets%20a%20boost.htm

http://www.e4engineering.com/Articles/266633/Defying%20gravity.htm

Is their science on the level? They're claiming a propulsion system
that works purely on EM emission and doesn't require any propellant. Is
this within the laws of physics?

Ordinarily, I'd have dismissed the claims, but it's featured in The
Engineer, which I've always found to be a mainstream journal.

Electromagnetics have been used for years for propulsion. Think of

electric motors and maglev trains.

Do you really want me to answer this and open up the Third Reich's
Pandora's Box of secrets???

I'm sure the usual crowd of sceptics will line up en masse to respond
to me for just responding to this question!
