Hi

Well I was up at Bearsden today (right beside the railway station) which is
near enough under the path of incoming flights to GLA. A few flights had
already passed over head and I paid little attention to them.

A while latter it had started to rain a bit and the cloud seemed to be
lower. All of a sudden all you could hear was some sort of large engine
noise, then out of the clouds the EK flight appeared. What a site, everyone
looked up and some of the people were amazed at how low the aircraft was
flying, if only I had grabbed my camera, which I had forgotten was in my
car. The picture would have been great, it looked as if the plane was just
gliding down very slowly. What a monster.

So for any of you picture hunters, the car park at Bearsden Railway station
looks like a good place to go.

regards

It really is a monster and heads all point skywards when it flys over.
Not been to GLA for a while but might take a drop soon and hopefuly see
the 777 and Air Berlin.
