I just browsed in to see you guys are all still having fun and arguing about the same thing. I was at EDI the other day when the 777 came in. When I was there we had to turn down a company called Air Europe with there 777 as we had no where to park it! That was 4 years backs so it could have been quicker. Its a extension to the current new part of the terminal with extension to the baggage belts underneath. In doing this they have taken away Jetty 6 and Stand 6A is NO MORE! , So the largest widebody that can be parked on the terminal side is a L1011/DC10 on stand 2 or stand 4. I wonder what happened to the 'Jumbo-sized' stands promised by BAA when they were building the new terminal extension.?
