Hi Folks,

Well was over at the Edinburgh Airport Hilton this evening for the BAA
information evening. I must say that it was well attended and was certainly
very informative. Well done to the BAA staff for the presentation. The Q&A
session was also very good. BAA put on a nice buffet which was an excellent
idea.

I would also like to say that it was nice to meet up with Callum, Bill,
Gkirk, Alan, Gavin, Mr Bryan. Sorry to anyone whose name I have forgotten.
Also a BIG thank you to Bill for buying the drinks.

regards John

Well I wouldn't say "hefty" .... but we all had to do our bit to keep
Graham's glass full ;-)

It was great to meet so many of you, and yes indeed it was an enjoyable
and worthwhile evening. Thanks again to Bill for arranging it .... (and
for the lift home!)

Big surprise that "EDI's strongest supporter" didnt bother to show, at least
confirming his status as a mere troll!!
so we can expect no more BAA slagging from troll boy, since he doesnt even
want to put his views to them.
Good to hear it was a good event and well attended, We had one at GLA too
and they are very worthwhile exercises.

Disgraceful ARNOLD!.......... APOLOGISE...

I had compassionate matters to attend to last. night...

AS a matter of interests I had a personal invitation to meet BAA
personnel, including a tour
around EDI earlier this year.

Also I attended the recent master plan consultation.

BOTH were very informative and BAA answered a lot of my questions .

APOLOGISE....

btw..If I choose to 'ginger' BAA into action I will, no end of attempted
intimidation from you or
anyone else will change that...

I do not follow any pack or gang..I am an individual with my OWN
thoughts, not the thoughts of OTHERS.

If I choose to either praise or criticise it's my judgement and opinion,
not the judgement and opinion
of a cowardly gang of bullies.

He isn't a nocturnal fox but more of an early riser one, his pet usually
bites his toe to wake him up... anyway thanks again to Bill for organising
the evening. I must have left a bit too early Sad but am looking forward to
my tour of the new ATC tower today Smile)

BTW Bryan is my first name John, where were you sitting?

Hi Bryan,

Sorry but I had forgotten your first name. I was sitting to the left of Bill
and to the right of Gkirk. I would have loved to come over for a visit round
the new ATC tower but due to work meetings I was not sure when I would
finish this afternoon. Still have more stuff to get on with just now for my
flights next week.
