Ok I am going on 1 Year of having my pilots certificate. I am planing on
being in a place ware the nearest flight instructor is like 100 miles away
and I may have to be there for 18 months. Can I go and get a BFR before I
leave and be good for another 2 years?

you can log a BFR any time you wish to rehack the clock..
so pick the month best suited.. and your good to the last day of that
month.. 24months later..
so don't do it on the 29th of a month, if you can wait 3 more days and hack
it after the 1st of the next month..
