Progress can be followed on the Scottish Parliament web site in due course. Members of Committee are not allowed to represent the constituency for which any proposed development is planned. The membership will be announced in due course. More info is beginning to appear on the EARL web site. A study was undertaken to assess the Turnhouse Option which was assessed as offering a poor alternative to the tunnel.
