here. The purchase of DigiWx was strickly $ and no sense decision. The
city had very limited funds and settled for a far, far second best.

Now add in a website for Digiwx AWOS weather at Lock Haven airport which
spends most of it's time displaying "Current Data Not Available."

The Digiwx AWOS at Lock Haven is "for the birds" as evidenced by all the
bird shit one can find clinging to the Digiwx AWOS weather tower.
