I recently came across the North Atlantic Aviation Museum in Gander,
Newfoundland, http://www.naam.ca/links.html. On that website, there is a
section, "related links", with the link called "Arrow Air Disaster, Film in
Development". When you clink on that link, it brings you to this website,
http://www.beforetheysleep.com/. It's for a movie in development, "Before
They Sleep". The movie is inspired on the Gander Air Crash of December
1985.

When I clicked on the website, it showed the contact link. So I clicked on
that, and it showed two production companies. One company is Red Ochre
Productions Limited, with the contact information as:

Red Ochre Productions Limited

Building 567, St. John's Place

Pleasantville, St. John's, NL

Canada A1A 1S2

Tel: 709.739.1711

Fax: 709.739.0868

Email: red.ochre (AT) nf (DOT) sympatico.ca

The other company is listed as:

BluSea Entertainment

Greg Blumer & Greg Seaward, Executive Producers

BluSea Entertainment

Arts & Culture Centre

P.O. Box 2222

Gander, NL

Canada A1V 2N9

Tel: 709.651.5962

Fax: 709.651.5961

Email: blusea (AT) beforetheysleep (DOT) com

However, when I recently called both phone numbers, there was a recording
that the numbers are no longer in service. And I can't seem to find either
company via the Canada411 website.

Does anyone know if these companies are still in existence? And has anyone
heard if this movie is still in production, has it been shut down, did it
cease production due to lack of money, etc?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. And given the fact that files
from the Arrow Air Disaster have been sealed for 70 years, I don't suppose
that there was some "government" influence or pressure in having this movie
shut down?

Red Ochre Productions is headed by Ken Pittman, or it was. I'd call the
National Film Board of Canada and the Newfoundland and Labrador Film
Development Corporation and see if they have contact info.

The last contact info I have for Red Ochre is 709-739-1711 from a Film Board
directory that is a couple years old.
