Adwalker takes big step ahead with BAA airports wander deal

AN Irish company which specialises in a 21st-century version of the
advertising sandwich board is targeting Edinburgh Airport after signing a
deal with operator BAA.
Adwalker, which supplies marketing people wearing electronic advertising
screens on their chests, said airports provided a "unique media
environment" for major brands.
Its three-year access agreement will initially cover BAA's three Scottish
airports - Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen - as well as London Heathrow.
"Adwalkers" already operate in locations such as shopping centres and bars.

This would be an ideal part-time job for a retired travel consultant where
he could combine his plane spotting whilst promoting products at his local
airport!
