Management runs the company into bankruptcy.
They ask your union for concessions.
The Union concedes some pay and benefits to help the company.
Management says "thanks, but it's not enough".
They void your labor contract in bankruptcy court.
Your union goes to court to stop it and is rejected because it's legal
to void your contract.
The CEO gets a mulit-million dollar bonus for slashing costs.
You get a big pay and benefits cut for all of your hard work.
What can you do????
