Bonsoir, quelqu'un a déjà été faire un tour là : http://www.eurocontrol.int/enprm/documents/enprm_04_005/a_enprm_04_005.html ? Des avis ? Quelqu'un a-t-il eu plus de courage que moi, pour downloader et lire ce draft, et pour nous raconter ca ? Comme pour les avions commerciaux, en fait. Même système. Le gars qui part pour un vol du dimanche devra s'acquitter d'une taxe pour utilisation de l'espace aérien. Je l'ai lu ce matin in extenso et c'est même pire que ça : le coût total des services utilisés sera supportés par les utilisateurs. Infrastructures, frais de personnel, de R&D, les services météo, le SAR........
